Following my studies in communication science and years spent in change and transformation projects, I developed an interest in coaching and behavioural change.
Many people can easily get caught in thought patterns on auto-pilot. My aim is to help people find inner flexibility, and balance between analytical thinking and intuitive being, so they can fully engage with life.
After having explored various coaching modalities over the years, I’ve come to realise that integrative (somatic-cognitive) coaching provides the most effective results.
My work style is driven by a deep respect for our precious time, which is why I approach every session with a positive sense of urgency.
