The "Inner Team" is a metaphor to talk about different sides of our personality.
Just like a real team, we have internal voices or "parts" that sometimes work together and sometimes conflict (e.g., one part wants to rest, while another pushes for perfection). My work helps you get these internal team members to communicate and cooperate effectively. It is a method that combines working with these inner personality parts (Ego States) with body awareness (Somatic). Since our experiences and emotions are often stored in the body, this approach allows us to access and resolve blockages that talk therapy alone might miss. It is derived from Ego State Therapy, which is scientifically supported. My approach is grounded in high-level training. I have completed extensive training in Somatic Ego State Therapy with renowned experts Dr. Woltemade Hartmann and Dr. Silvia Zanotta. Additionally, I incorporate Hypnosystemic concepts learned from Dr. Gunther Schmidt to provide a holistic coaching experience.
Yes, we can explore and understand the different 'Ego States' within you – for example, an insecure part, a critical part, but also a courageous or creative one. You'll learn to create alliances for your goals. We'll focus on activating your resourceful parts to resolve inner conflicts.
When you are under high pressure, your Prefrontal Cortex (logic/strategy) slows down, and your Autonomic Nervous System takes over in "survival mode". Your defensive personality parts effectively "lock the door" to the room where real decisions are made.
Standard coaching models (like CPCC or ORSC) often keep talking to the "rational you" even when that door is locked. My approach uses somatic protocols to signal safety to the nervous system first, allowing us to open the door and work with the root cause.
The Window of Growth™ is my proprietary framework that integrates Inner Team dynamics with somatic exercises.
While I respect Dr. Dan Siegel’s foundational Window of Tolerance, I evolve this model using two open biological principles: Neuroplasticity and Hormesis (the science of growth through controlled stress).
I utilize a Somatic Inner Team approach to align conflicting internal parts, turning internal friction into sustainable flow. The goal is not merely to tolerate stress, but to use stress as a catalyst to expand capacity.
Crucially, this is not therapy. This is architecture that builds future infrastructure.
Unlike generic stress management that tells you to 'just calm down,' we use Somatic Oscillation and Vagal Regulation to physically rewire how your system handles load.
We use an open-architecture approach that respects the complexity of your unique system.
Unlike Internal Family Systems (IFS): We do not use a predefined map of parts; we discover yours phenomenologically.
Unlike Positive Intelligence (PQ): We do not label different parts broadly as "Saboteurs".
Our Approach: We look at the strategy of every part. Even a critical part is trying to protect you. We negotiate new roles for them rather than trying to get rid of them.
Because stress lives in the body, not just the mind. By working "Bottom-Up" (from the nervous system to the brain), we widen your Window of Tolerance. This creates a state of physiological safety where deep personality work becomes possible—and sustainable.
Health insurance does not cover these costs. However, if our work serves your professional development, the fees are often tax-deductible as continuing education expenses (please clarify details with your tax advisor).
We'll help you uncover your values, beliefs, and need – what truly matters to you in life. Think of these as your inner compass, guiding your direction. We'll then create concrete strategies to help you live more in line with your goal, step-by-step, in your daily life.
We'll incorporate your bodily sensations into our work. You'll learn to listen to your body's signals and use them to ground yourself, calm down, and build inner safety and stability. These methods (often called 'somatic methods') are especially helpful for managing stress, tension, or past experiences stored in the body.
Absolutely! These methods are designed to interlock and strengthen each other. They are practical tools you can apply and practice not just during our sessions, but also in your daily life, to actively and meaningfully shape your personal journey.
AI can process information, offer insights, suggest strategies, and even mimic empathetic language. However, true empathy remains deeply rooted in shared human experience. While AI excels at data-driven guidance, the human, embodied support necessary for deeper inner exploration and holistic development is still uniquely ours.
