Dabei sticht ein entscheidender Faktor f\u00fcr erfolgreiche (Selbst-)F\u00fchrung hervor: Resilienz. \n\nDoch wie l\u00e4sst sich Resilienz und (Selbst-)F\u00fchrung verbinden, auch in Organisationen? Ende Juni 2025 wurde ich von der International Coaching Federation eingeladen einen Vortrag \u00fcber dieses Thema zu halten und teile gern Einblicke.<\/p><h2>Wandel von Kompetenzen.<\/h2><p>Das World Economic Forum hebt in seinem \"Future of Jobs Survey\" die als am wichtigsten erachteten F\u00e4higkeiten f\u00fcr die Zukunft hervor. W\u00e4hrend \"KI und Big Data\" eine wichtige Rolle spielen, werden \"Resilienz, Flexibilit\u00e4t und Agilit\u00e4t\" als Kernkompetenzen genannt, die bereits jetzt unerl\u00e4sslich sind und in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren voraussichtlich weiter an Bedeutung gewinnen werden [1]. Das unterstreicht wie wertvoll es ist, Resilienz in uns selbst und in anderen zu f\u00f6rdern, w\u00e4hrend unsere Umwelt immer komplexer und schneller wird.<\/p><h2>Die Rolle des Nervensystems<\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">Um Resilienz zu unterst\u00fctzen ist es hilfreich zu verstehen, wie unser K\u00f6rper und Geist auf Stress und Ver\u00e4nderungen reagieren. Unser autonomes Nervensystem spielt eine entscheidende Rolle f\u00fcr unser Sicherheitsgef\u00fchl und unsere Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit. Es ben\u00f6tigt Kontext, Wahlm\u00f6glichkeiten und Verbindung, um sich sicher und reguliert zu f\u00fchlen. Zudem nimmt es unbewusst Informationen wahr und reagiert darauf \u2013 ein Prozess, der als Neurozeption [2] bezeichnet wird. Es reagiert dabei in einer Hierarchie von drei Zust\u00e4nden.<\/p><ul><li class=\"translation-block\">Gefahr: Ein Zustand, der durch mobilisierte Aktion gekennzeichnet ist. Hier schalten wir in einen \u201eKampf-oder-Flucht\u201c-Modus um, um uns auf Handlung oder Flucht vorzubereiten.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Sicherheit: Ein regulierter Zustand der \u201eHom\u00f6ostase\u201c. In diesem Zustand f\u00fchlen wir uns sicher, sozial, engagiert und verbunden. Unsere \u201eSicherheitszone\u201c unterst\u00fctzt uns in Zeiten des Wandels. Die F\u00e4higkeit, emotionale Reaktionen auf Ver\u00e4nderungen (Angst, Furcht, Frustration) zu steuern, erm\u00f6glicht effektive Anpassungsprozesse und f\u00f6rdert die emotionale Regulation. Wenn wir uns nicht in einem Bedrohungszustand befinden, sind unsere Gedanken offener, was die innere Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00f6rdert. Ein Gef\u00fchl der Sicherheit erm\u00f6glicht kollaborativere Interaktionen und st\u00e4rkt das soziale Engagement.<\/li><li>Lebensbedrohlichkeit: Dieser Zustand beinhaltet Immobilit\u00e4t, Abschaltung oder Zusammenbruch.<\/li><\/ul><h3>In der eigenen Sicherheitszone<\/h3><p>In unseren Sicherheitszonen zu sein, kann die soziale Interaktion verbessern: Die Kraft der Selbstregulation [3] ist entscheidend f\u00fcr Resilienz und hat drei Schl\u00fcsselaspekte: Selbstbestimmung (Planung und Verhalten gem\u00e4\u00df den eigenen Motiven und Werten), Selbstmotivation (Erzeugung positiven Affekts und der notwendigen Energie f\u00fcr Handlungen), Selbstberuhigung (Herunterregulierung negativer Affekte und Aufrechterhaltung des Selbstzugangs).<\/p><h3>Praktiken zur (Selbst-)F\u00fchrung<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">Resilienz, Flexibilit\u00e4t und Agilit\u00e4t sind also entscheidende F\u00e4higkeiten, und Praktiken der Selbstf\u00fchrung k\u00f6nnen direkt ein Gef\u00fchl der Sicherheit in uns selbst und unseren Teams f\u00f6rdern.
